Dear Friends & Neutral Ground Supporters,It’s been a hot minute since I reached out, as I’ve been busy in the kitchen for the holiday catering season.It’s an exciting time for Neutral Ground as my WeFunder campaign has reached $100k.I've also narrowed in on a permanent home thanks to the love and support of so many fans, followers, and patrons. More news is coming soon, but I can foreshadow that the plan is to build an intimate, welcoming, and provocative place, much like the food I work to put on the plate. To power Neutral Ground while I continue to raise capital on WeFunder, I also have to stay busy in the kitchen. To that end, I’m super excited to tell you about upcoming meals that I'll have available for pre-order & pick-up:Sunday, December 31st- Afro-Creole New Year Meal-  Red-Red & Coconut Rice, Sweet Plantains; Coconut Curry Collards, Paratha Roti & Cabbage with Hambone. Each meal will serve 4-6 people and is $98. Order now, as only 25 meals will be available.  Friday, January 12th- Mardi Gras Meal #1- Red-Red & Coconut Rice, Sweet Plantains, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Caeser Salad with Winter Vegetables, & Chef’s Surprise.  Each meal will serve 4-6 people and is $98. Order now, as only 30 meals will be available. Friday, January 26th- Mardi Gras Meal #2- Smoked Chicken, Andouille Sausage & Gulf Shrimp Jambalaya, Creole Red Beans & Rice, Winter Salad & Chef’s Surprise.  Each meal will serve 4-6 people and is $128.  Order now, as only 25 meals will be available. Tuesday, January 30th- Mardi Gras Meal #3- Yakamein At-Home "Old Sober” Kit, Smoked Pork Boudin & Gulf Shrimp Jambalaya, Red-Red & Coconut Rice, Sweet Plantains, and Chef’s Collaboration Surprise. Each meal will serve 4-6 people and is $148.
