Acquisition of the brewery didn't go as planned in 2022, however, I am excited to announce that Hopewell Winery in Rockport, Illinois will be manufacturing a sparkling strawberry wine for us in 2024. Difficulty finding a copacker in the beginning led to the need to open a winery for manufacturing. Conversations with copackers in other states finally circled back to contact with the Illinois Wine Council and that is how we found Hopewell. The plan is to use their facility to get our product launched while maintaining a long term vision to open a wine manufacturing facility with a tasting room.
