Hey We're So Dead Investors, We are officially in prep as we near a January shoot date and have even more exciting news to share with you, which has a positive impact on your investment! (Sidenote: we are creatives at heart, so talking about investments and value and stuff like that makes us feel cringey but it's also exciting because we always said we're not just making a movie but starting a small business.)We secured a "Product Integration" deal with our good friends at Hermann Law for $25,000! This deal increases our film’s budget by nearly one-third. Because it's a product deal, we won't have to recoup these funds before any profit sharing. Thus, the positive impact on your investment.We were told once by an "expert" that securing even a $5k deal was impossible. Now that we sit here with $25k, we feel like all the stars are aligning for this film to succeed.Quick 4-1-1- on Herrmann Law: They are an employment law firm who represents restaurant workers to ensure their rights are protected. The film highlights real issues that servers deal with, and one of the story arcs humorously informs all restaurant workers of their rights. This deal proves what we’ve said from the beginning: We’re So Dead is a film for the service industry and by the service industry.  Thanks to all of you for believing in us.
