For the First Time Since COVID, Lost Spirits posts Positive EBITDA in September 2023!!! We are delighted to announce this critical milestone!!!! While Lost Spirits has operated profitably in the past, the COVID closures had a major negative effect on operations. Shuttering the Los Angeles location and straddling the company with a mountain of debt and expenses. We are working to see this positive EBITDA trend continue into the future and are delighted that our business is showing signs of being self-sustaining at the structural level again.Our near term focus remains of sustaining this trend while we continue to negotiate & clean up the balance sheet. The next big push will be rebuilding the beverage distribution side of the business. With all that positive news, I should caution we are not out of the woods yet. We dug a pretty big hole getting here and it will take time and careful negotiation to dig our way out. We have some critical negotiations ahead of us and things are still precarious, but having a structural working business model does make things easier!
