We are delighted to share that we have surpassed this threshold, successfully securing $1.4 million in the first tranche of a larger $2.5 million raise by the end of October. Consequently, your equity is now held within the SPV established by WeFunder.&nbsp; &nbsp;However, the excitement doesn't end there. Avallano is making waves as our clients unleash groundbreaking solutions in both the public and private sectors. Elligo, a key player in the clinical trials market, recently unveiled their collaboration with us. They are set to launch myTrialsConnectSM, a scalable research community powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and built with Avallano. This initiative aims to serve patients, providers, sites, and the biopharma industry.
