Dear HBD WeFunder friends,Some of you may already have gotten this message via email earlier this week. If so, please excuse the repetition. To others, I am pleased to share with our our Q3 results.Sales:&nbsp;&nbsp;Up +8.8% YoY, partially thanks to our pioneering 'direct-connected' technology to the X brand reservation systems, where we grew our sales by&nbsp;+57% QoQ and +137% YoY.See below chart showing 3 essential KPIs related to our Direct-Connected (DC) product:(Y axis is confidential. More info upon request. feel free to DM).Folks, the good development of this DC tech tie-up with X brand is no short of amazing... so if you don't mind, I will focus this Q3 quarterly report solely on the reason why we're excited about this tech & commercial development:For 1) - before we built DC technology, zero night bookings in hotel revenue orthodoxy meant zero revenues.&nbsp;With our tech,&nbsp;HotelsByDay is&nbsp;changing the definition of zero night, where now zero night bookings can mean extra revenues.&nbsp;It's a game changer.2) - Despite all the technical difficulties associated with connecting to legacy systems, with&nbsp;nay-saying&nbsp;legacy gatekeepers, we were able to break-through all the barriers and pioneer the very first day use DC,&nbsp;for global connectivity & distribution, at scale.3) - Following point #2, we lucked out in partnering with the premier booking distribution tech provider, a partner like no other:&nbsp;DerbySoft, the leading hospitality API/connecting software in the industry, already connected to all major global brands.&nbsp;Our connection to DerbySoft serves us in 3 ways: Tech connector to leading brands; Lead generator; Brand reputation enhancer.&nbsp;4) - Following point #3, after a slow and difficult start in deploying DC, global brands are starting to trickle-in; granting us the scalability we always dreamt of:ONE switch to hundreds of properties.&nbsp;We already expanded our footprint these past 12 months from 4 countries to 11 countries today.5) - The technology was not smooth at first: imagine what it means to create a whole new category, booking flow, sales channel, all connecting to&nbsp;legacy&nbsp;global reservation systems.&nbsp;But we&nbsp;phenomenally&nbsp;achieved it and tech wrinkle after tech wrinkle, we proactively solved every tech issue thrown at us, winning many accolades from hotel industry technicians & connectivity professionals.&nbsp;We have done, after all, what most pros in the industry thought impossible.I can go on... but I will spare you the geek-outs.&nbsp;Your takeaway is that the amazing team at HotelsByDay is breaking all barriers in the day-use sector and obtaining well deserved rewards for it.Keep also in mind that all these achievements are made with 1/30th of the funding from our sector's competitors.&nbsp;We are miracle workers.And hence I am here to remind you all that an investment in HotelsByDay will grant us faster acceleration.&nbsp;Feel free to reach out for investment opportunity details.In the meantime, thank you for your attention and amazing support.Please keep making noise for us on social media: follow us&nbsp;@Hotelsbyday, share our posts,&nbsp;download our app, review.yes, I'm looking at you!Sending love & daycation dreams,Yannis Moati - CEO&nbsp;Work.
