Hi, everybody! I just came back from Los Angeles where we shot the Holiday cover for our “Host with the Most” issue. It’s going to be a fun one and I can’t wait for you to see it this November. In the meantime, we have our brand new print issue to celebrate. The theme is “The Future Of Food” and our cover star is Sohla El-Waylly, video star, recipe developer, new mom, and author of one of the most anticipated cookbooks of the fall, “Start Here: Instructions for Becoming a Better Cook.”&nbsp;The new issue includes our first-ever Future Of Food 50, a list of up-and-comers shaping what’s next in the world of food. Over the years, Cherry Bombe has become known for identifying new talent, so we’re confident these chefs, bakers, writers, scientists, and culinary creatives are the ones to watch.&nbsp;Our collaborator on the Future of Food 50 List is Abena Anim-Somuah, winner of the James Beard Award for Emerging Voice in Broadcast Media earlier this year as host of our newest podcast, The Future of Food is You.We’ll be celebrating the Future of Food 50 this Thursday with a special event at the Jolene Sound Room at the Moxy Hotel in Williamsburg, in partnership with our sponsors Kerrygold, Cuisinart, S.Pellegrino, Amaro Nonino, Talea, and Une Femme.Other forward-looking features in the issue? We have a story on restaurant robots (coming soon to your favorite eatery), the mocktail trend, and the culinary destination that only gets hotter with every passing year—Mexico City.
