Now that 2023 is over, we thought we would sum up the past year and talk about what's next for 2024. First off, take a look at some our project highlights that shipped in 2023. As you can see, we've been incredibly busy, and the projects featured in the video represent just about half of what we've actually shipped. For more details on some of the projects featured here, make sure you're watching our social channels and be sure to follow us. Rev/Order rose by 22% compared to 2022 and a remarkable 43% compared to 2021. The elevated Rev/Order also indicates the growth in our repeat visits. To illustrate the impact, consider two instances from new customers in 2023: CampingWorld entrusted us with 10 different projects, while Heritage Exposition Services commissioned a total of 9 different projects.Average order size for 2023 was $12,368 compared to only $9,656 in 2022.In 2023, we focused heavily on creating unique long-form 'evergreen' content on our website as part of our long-term Search Engine Optimization strategy. For example, we added about 1.2 million words of content this year through 609 articles published in 2023, a significant increase from the 23 new articles in 2022. Although this strategy doesn't usually produce immediate results, we can see it's starting to work, as evidenced by the 46% increase in users visiting whiteclouds.com through non-paid search results. We experienced HUGE growth in Sports commissioned projects, particularly with professional sports teams like the NFL Titans, MLB Tigers, NBA Jazz, Suns, and Spurs, as well as F1 Racing and SRX Racing.2023 Sports projectsOur growth in the Giant Metal Letter and Logo Display project is soaring, both in terms of numbers and overall size. In 2023, we shipped 22 of these displays, a notable increase from 16 in 2022 and just 5 in 2021. As we kick off 2024, we already have 11 in the production queue. Not only is the quantity expanding, but the projects themselves are getting bigger. For instance, each of the four letters we crafted for the Johnson County Square measured about 9 feet tall, 10 feet wide, and 4 feet deep.Metal Letters with some of the WhiteClouds team just before shippingOur 3D-printed topographies has grown tremendously. Our projects are getting bigger, more unique, more interactive, and some are becoming scaleable like our National Park 3D maps and Marscapes currently selling on Etsy, our online store and in the near future, Amazon. See a few examples below.Commissioned 3D raised relief map for the U.S. Army featuring Fort Irwin Army Base (CA) and its surroundings in the Mojave Desert. Used for tactical educational training, it measures 8 feet by 10 feet with a raised relief elevation depth of 4 inches. This is one of 3 very unique and large topographic displays made for an education center. This one pictured here shows how water makes it's way from high on the mountain to a river. In addition to the sports teams mentioned earlier, we also welcomed several other notable new customers in 2023, including Kellogg's, Rainforest Cafe, Six Flags, Revlon, Camping World, Denver Zoo, Bosch Tools, MGM Resorts, Eddie Bauer, NAACP, Siemens, and many others.2 trade show displays for Kellogg'sGoing in to 2024Some interesting projects we're currently working on include: Rainforest Cafe Logo display for Animal Kingdom at DisneyWorld. The world's largest mechanical nutcracker display that measures over 65 feet tall to be completed in late spring or early summer. 3D-printed parts to restore a F-117 Nighthawk for the Hill Aerospace Museum. 100 print run of affordable 3D raised-relief maps as a trial for a major online map seller online. LVIII logo displays for the Super Bowl. We are finally seeing higher quality and quantity of applicants applying to WhiteClouds. In order to really scale our revenue in 2024, we plan on tripling our production headcount by the end of the year. We already have a hundred applicant resumes we are going through to start out 2024.When are we all going to see a return on our investment? We're all in this together, and we're excited about the direction we're heading. While several companies on Wefunder that we follow have unfortunately gone out of business, we are consistently enhancing our revenue, reputation, customer base, skillsets, and market share in the face of tremendous challenges with inflation, shipping costs, material costs, and hiring challenges. In fact, a few companies have already inquired about purchasing us. However, we still have quite a bit of work ahead to ensure a healthy, consistent profit for a worthwhile exit. We appreciate your patience and continue to ask that you refer anyone you know that might need our services, follow and promote us on social media and spread the good word of WhiteClouds ;)
