Three things continue to drive Intentionalist's growth and momentum:1. Our mission-driven teamWe are a tiny, but mighty five person team that includes our founder, VP of Engineering, Small Business Outreach Manager, Content & Communications Manager, and Operations & Strategic Project Manager. Our additional capacity has enabled us to expand our network by 300 businesses, grow our reach and engagement by 20%, ship and sell new programs, and lay the groundwork for a website refresh that will deliver a more delightful user experience.2. Partners who walk the talkIntentionalist is proud to partner with Seattle's professional sports teams to engage and incentive fans support for diverse local businesses. Beyond our year-long collaboration with the Seattle Storm, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Kraken, Seattle Mariners, OL Reign, and Seattle Seahawks that has already catalyzed $250,000 in spending at local businesses, Intentionalist collaborated on two special activations: MLB All-Star 2023 in Seattle and MLS All-Star 2023 in Washington, D.C.In addition, we facilitate a year-long member rewards program with BECU and partnered on a multi-month Savor Life. Save A Life. collaboration with Bloodworks NW that engaged 60+ diverse small businesses from Bellingham, WA to Eugene, OR.3. Community One of the core things that differentiates Intentionalist is our growing community of people who share passion for celebrating and supporting small businesses and the inspiring people behind him. That includes ensuring that small businesses truly benefit from all that we do. Our community recognizes that the value of local businesses is more than the products and services for sale, and is willing to chip in financially to walk the talk. From individual consumers, to companies, to local government and professional sports teams, we are excited to continue building a truly community-driven company.Community is at the heart of the first annual Intentionalist Awards, presented by BECU, which will recognize small business community champions in October.
