Wefunder family, Thank you for your patience as we have been working on the paperwork to convert our 2020 convertible note. We have one last little bit of housekeeping that we need your help with, which will be happening this upcoming week!In order to convert the Wefunder convertible note from 2020 into equity shares, we are sending a document that includes information about the custodian structure of the convertible note round, which allows all of our investors to be listed on one line on our cap table. This custodian structure uses the same Lead Investor to represent your shares, and simplifies our cap table for future fundraising rounds so that we don’t have hundreds of investors on our cap table.Next week, our 2020 investors will receive a document from Wefunder that includes this information. Nothing needs to be done on your end, simply review the document and store it in safe keeping for your records. After we convert the Wefunder round from 2020, we will then be ready to issue shares from our most recent raise that closed this past April.
