Please leave comments on the Q&A tab. #investorsIdentified major demand for great UI engineers, and building the supply side. #marketingCompleted a Google Ads API + ChatGPT project to create 300+ Skill-based ads. #marketingCompleted the automated GitHub Source Code evaluator built on AST and Stanford MOSS. #vettingWe are now ready to analyze talent's GitHub profiles to display extracted metadata in their LD profiles.Our first series A funded customer converted after a free trial and paid.Key metricsWe added our 2022, 2021, and 2020 financials and LTV/CAC to our investment profile on Wefunder.14 new potential clients signed up and joined the LD Slack.5 new paying clients.10 new hires by LD clients.A founder of a successful grocery delivery startup signed up as a customer and had a good trial.Acquired through cold outreach.What went wrongStill facing negative effects of losing 2 big customers from last year due to the downturn. However, one resumed their platform use and the other is in active communication with us.Some slowdown (only 35 new talent this year so far) because we are more focused on automating talent outreach through marketing scripts. A couple of the new clients tried our system for small projects only, including the series A funded company.What went wellCompleted the automation for marketing in tech / business Slack orgs. Discord automation in the works. #marketingProgressed a project that parses job postings and generates custom suggestions of candidates. We plan to integrate this with our email marketing, using ChatGPT for customizations. #marketingHired an Austin-based student brand ambassador. #marketingUpdated our mass cultural emails to reflect our brand and recent milestones hit. #marketingUpgraded our dev server to support 6000+ skills instead of only ~300.
