Dear investors,Well, firstly a huge congratulations to all 297 of you who are about to officially become shareholders and part-owners of Musiversal!This is a really exciting time for the company and I have to say that, in my opinion, you couldn't have invested at a better time:We just closed a $1.5M VC investment round at a time when fundraising is the toughest it's been in decades. This not only tells you the investment professionals see huge potential in the company, but it also ensures that as a business we have enough capital and time to reach the next significant milestone.We worked hard over the past 12 months to be a capital-efficient company, meaning that any new investment will be going towards sustainable growth (unlike many startups which require funding just to 'stay alive').We launched a revolutionary subscription product last week, which is showing exceptional early traction and could be an absolute game-changer for the music industry.These are 3 reasons why we're excited and why you should also be very excited as a Musiversal investor!Now, a few of you have asked when your perks will be available.
