Today is the final day of our third round.If you are thinking of jumping on board, TODAY is the day!As we look to curate our portfolio of unique lifestyle hotels, our growth and collection of assets increases based on the support and wonderful people who have (and will) become part of our community. A few little snapshots for you.FUNDINGSince the beginning of 2022 we have raised the following funds:• $195,000: Direct to The Waxhaw• $274,950: Direct to The Railroader • $341,118: HotelierCo Retail LLC (as at today)• $811,068: TOTAL From funds raised, we have invested over $715,000 directly into one of these two deals (OVER 85% of the funds raised). THE FUTURE (FOCUS FOR NEXT 12 MONTHS)We intend to achieve the following over the next 12 months:• Complete the development and open The Railroader.• Have The Waxhaw development being shovel ready and acquiring the land with cash (we are currently on a long-term ground lease with option to purchase).• Acquire 2 operating assets in collaboration with some of our investors (hopefully more).• Start rolling out an educational email series to our members to build your knowledge base in the hospitality industry - we want to help our community of investors better understand their investments from top to bottom.We look forward to having you become part of it!
