What is PAMAP, and why is it poised to improve the hemp farming industry?PAMAP stands for Predictive Analytical Modeling Application for Plants, and is Mariposa Technology’s answer to the shortcomings of current testing methods for hemp.Currently, the testing process for industrial hemp crops is expensive, both in terms of actual cost and the time it takes to process samples and receive actionable data. In accordance with legal reporting requirements, hemp crops that do not meet the acceptable THC threshold of under 0.3% have to be destroyed-- which can sometimes mean that hemp farmers lose large portions of their crop yield!With the PAMAP digital farming tool, hemp farmers can receive results from live plants within minutes, not days, reducing the risk of their crop yields falling outside the acceptable range of THC content.
