Koreconx is completed! You all shall receive an email from Koreconx the 1st  week of April 2024. We finished our part several months ago with extensive details.  Koreconx is scheduled to upload several batches during the 1st week of April 2024. Very important Key points: 1.   If you have an account titled as in trust or in your Corporation/LLC name. You will be contacted individually via email from Koreconx for pertinent information after the upload is completed. The SEC requires beneficial ownership First and Last name associated with the account for security and protection reasons.  2.   If you sold BMT shares, bought shares, or transferred shares privately, all of your share transactions were consolidated and will be in one account. Please wait until Koreconx is complete and verify your consolidated statements of transactions with your notarized transfer forms. (This applies to those who performed these transactions above) 3.   If you purchased or sold shares on a secondary market like Forge Global, Nasdaq Private Equity Markets, Hive, Equity Zen, Start Engine, etc.  The shares are already consolidated on the Cap Table. Please keep your purchase receipt from those platforms with your notarized transfer forms for verification after upload.   4.   If you received shares due to the estate of an individual passing. We have already received court documents from the Administrator and transferred shares to the beneficiary(s). Therefore, the Benefactor(s) will have their account and have already received a consolidated share transaction statement. (if this applies to you, please keep all records for verification after batch upload) 5.   If we have not received court documents for an individual untimely passing. The account will stay in the original individual name or Estate of XXXX until Koreconx receives proper documents from the court admin with transfer instructions.  6.   Lastly, if you are a custodian of a minor account and used one email address, Koreconx will consolidate those accounts during the upload. It will be the responsibility of the custodian to contact Koreconx to separate accounts or create separate custodian accounts for minors with a different email address.   With Koreconx you can do so much. Testing the program before final implementation is important before the Official Launch in Q4 of 2024. This Fundraising program will be twice a year, Fall/Winter and Spring. We are starting with Churches first since there are over 380,000 churches Nationwide. If BMT can tap into 1% participants as a phase 1 goal, that would be 3800 churches, with 200 plus patrons, they would sell to friends and family within a certain period (30 days preferable) This would potentially generate an average sales of 160.00 per order per patron.The church would take half the proceeds and send BMT the other half. Potential Scenario: If there are 200 patrons @160.00 per order that's $32,000 per church. The church takes 16k and then sends 16k to BMT. BMT will fulfill the packaged orders and ship them to the church location, and they will disseminate them to their patrons. (Similar to the process like Girl Scout Cookies or any large fundraiser) Imagine if 3800 churches participated? Revenue would be estimated to be 60M per season alone! That is the goal to build up to 3800 Churches over time with a consistent fulfillment system in place.  We are testing with 2 small churches right now to work out the kinks and make sure the system and workflows are efficient.  Final Goal Billion $ Brand!  I present Black Momma Sports Teas!I've been working on this proprietary formula for some time through R&D, Market research, and testing. I've developed the formulation for Black Momma Sports Teas – 6 Cold Tea Beverages. Right now, we are releasing 3 Tea Beverages- Mango Hibiscus, Berry Pina Colada, and Cranberry Orange Sports Tea!Black Momma Sports Tea - TrioWe are working with college athletes at several D1 universities testing the product for performance on recovery of electrolytes and isometrics.No Sugar, No Chemicals, No Caffeine, All Natural, No red 40 (which is banned), and No synthetic vanillin as artificial flavors. This is a proprietary formula which is an exclusive BMT product produced in-house for expansion with a staple consumable product. Our competitors are Gatorade, Powerade, and Vitamin Water which allegedly has a lot of sugar, sodium, and preservatives, and Red 40, Blue, and Yellow, etc. This is the first product on the Market that is Tea (CAFFEINE FREE) related to sports. The plan is to roll it out and launch it in Q3 of 2024 at several locations within the US.  90,000 bottles have already been ordered for production. This product is totally under BMT and the Roll out will be as follows:Amazon, Walmart, UNFI Marketplace, Faire MarketJB Andrews/ JB Anacostia-Bolling Exchange (AAFES) (tentatively Pop-up shop) Training completed of PII. United States Patent and Trademark Office issues Black Momma registered Trademark for Class 43: Coffee bars; Restaurant and Café services; Tea bars, Tea shops, Coffee and tea bars. This registered trademark is a requirement for Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD). Before a company issues any FDD, It’s a requirement for Franchise registration in several states before commerce. The Attorney General of NY and the SEC require the registered trademark of said company to be licensed to the company for use. Now the FDD will be submitted for NY State approval and comments. Last but not least: On February 20, 2024, CEO, Vanessa Braxton was awarded U.S Patent No. 11,905,053, on the METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BIODEGRADABLE PILLOW TEA BAGS CONTAINING WHOLE LEAF TEA, HEMP, FLOWER, CBD OIL OTHER SUPPLEMENTS, AND COFFEE! BMT will be the exclusive licensee and distributor of these products. BM CBD Biodegradable Pillow Tea bags and BM CBD Biodegradable Pillow Coffee bags now have a Patent! Let's not forget I'm a retired civil/structural Engineer and creating the process still wasn't easy. Having a team of Lawyers and Engineers thinking collectively is key to a positive outcome!
