Phase I (D2C Hospitality): The ARKHAUS Membership ClubIn Phase I, ARKHAUS is a direct-to-consumer offering, bringing to market a global network of 25-30 'floating social clubs' in 10 years. However, the company believes no more than 40-50 locations can exist worldwide, before the exclusivity of the concept begins to get watered down. The World's Waterfronts Are Untapped OpportunityWhen considering the world's waterfronts with hospitality offerings, 40-50 ARKHAUS locations represents far less than 1% of this area. Well over 99% of what is considered hospitality waterfront would remain untouched and a source of opportunity&nbsp;to scale into. Phase II (B2B Property Tech): Floating-Hospitality-As-A-ServiceThousands of waterfront hotels, bars, restaurants, and clubs are witnessing the land beneath their feet shift. These businesses are impinged by their property line to the left, right, and back...and water to their front. In addition, they're watching sea level rise eat away at that waterfront property, minimizing their footprint and what they can offer. The only way for these businesses to re-capture and expand their offering is to build onto that encroaching waterway, but doing so is a tremendous effort and often not feasible for a single business location.In establishing its own clubs, ARKHAUS will develop expert knowledge in ideation, design, permitting, staffing, and operations as well as unique access to specialized vessels and integrated financing.ARKHAUS will establish a one-stop-shop B2B service, empowering any waterfront hospitality company to expand to their waterfront in a seamless, efficient, and most importantly, a riskless method.
