Hard Hitting UpdatesWhile we grew 7x in 2022, we didn’t have a clear focus, and we weren’t set up for scaleSo, we transitioned the tax business and paused the AcceleratorWhile this is a short-term revenue hit, it also cut our costs significantly and extended our runwayMost importantly, it allows us to focus the entire team and all our efforts on our software!We launched our first customer-facing MVP this past month, using small coaching cohorts to add value and collect customer feedbackOur marketing efforts have ramped up: we collected 313 emails in January 2023 aloneWe now have 3 products we sell and this year will be focused on scaling them$29 / mo community$500 / mo lead gen + coaching cohort$79 / mo self-serve lead genCore Vitals - January 2023Cumulative HQs: 1,164 (+134 MoM)Active HQ users: 272 (+33% MoM and a new all-time high!)Mylance HQ & Lead Gen Subscription MRR: $7,601 from 72 subscribers (+62% MoM)Total monthly recurring revenue now makes up 97% of overall revenue, a significant change from the past and something we expect to remain high going forward with the change in our offeringsCash runway: conservatively 17 monthsWhile still small, the paid community continues to grow MRR with low churnActive Users at an all-time highLearnings and FocusJanuary LearningsCustomers&nbsp;want&nbsp;a solid lead generation solution for their consulting businesses. We’ve also learned that executing on this product is not easy - which is a good thing! However, we’re learning, and iterating, and did a great job launching a customer-facing MVP in January.From here, we’re using feedback from the cohort to inform the product roadmap. Many more updates on this to come in the next few months.February FocusIn February, we’re keeping our focus on the lead generation product (and plan to for the entirety of this year). Our goal is to make the best product possible before focusing on scale. To do this, our focus is on two things:Making a world-class search engine to generate leads for consultantsAutomating the process on our end as much as we possibly canWhile our focus remains on this offering, we’re having to say “no” to a lot of things right now.
