Hello SOZ EV Investors,I wanted to thank you for your support and share a couple of updates with you. First Truck RepoweredThe first re-powered vehicle was completed in late December, just before the holidays. (See the sneak peak video below of the truck being loaded for transported to Missouri and then to Florida for demonstration). The specific vehicle is a 2016 Isuzu Box Truck that had about 140 thousand miles. The cab and chassis were in good shape. It was a perfect candidate to repower a good used truck from a diesel engine to and electric engine. This market for repowering such medium vehicles as the number that are in-use is very large. Completion of this first re-power was a significant milestone for SOZ EV. The truck is now available demonstration to our potential customers that have already expressed interest. First Fund ClosingAs you may already be aware, the first closing of the revenue-sharing funding occurred in early January. You will now see your subscription document on this first closing in your WeFunder investor portal. We are still open to investment if you would like to add to your investment or share with your friends, family and colleagues. The final closing will be in April 2023.
