Hello everyone! After an incredibly eventful 2021/22 we are excited to open a bridge round to help power us into our first institutional round.What have we accomplished? A ton...Built and launched the CarLocity marketplace.Currently, ~30k vehicle listings live in our Phoenix, AZ test market.Added capability to list MILLIONS of vehicles in metro areas nationwide, enabling new markets in rapid succession.**100%** of CarLocity Buyers who attended their test drive purchased the vehicle we sent them in to buy.**100%** of Dealers we contact agree to work with us to sell the vehicle.Added an Automotive Industry legend to our Advisory Board. Former Founder/CEO of a $B+ automotive group with over 30 years in the industry.TRIPLED our conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.Rebranded with new logo and messaging.New funds will be used to complete testing and proof of the Marketplace, determine input/output metrics, drive revenue, and provide operating capital to allow us to raise our Seed round under terms favorable to our prior investors AND the company.We hope you'll jump in AGAIN with us!
