Today is a special day. For those who may not remember, it was exactly one year ago today that the film had its first release. In that time, we’ve enjoyed some wonderful reviews, exciting press, amazing responses from audiences, and viewers from seven countries. Our latest development is that the film will be released on DVD and BluRay this Christmas season!! We’ll be posting with updates when the pre-order goes live, so keep an eye out for updates. We’ll be available through Amazon, Walmart.com, BarnesandNoble, and more. We’re optimistic that our film will find an audience with the home market, as the seasonal nature of the movie makes it something we can watch (and rewatch!) every holiday season.We are still working hard to get the film out to a wider audience on streaming and ad-based platforms. Our distributor, Giant, has undergone some staff changes, so we’ve been reacquainting ourselves with the new team and working with them to pitch the film to more outlets. We have seven new platforms interested, but it’s looking like it may be delayed to next holiday season. We always knew that the seasonality of the film meant that the release strategy would be more drawn out than traditional indies, but the silver lining is that the film continues to grow and build audiences.More news to come, but we wanted to let you know where we’re at and thank you for your ongoing support. The holiday season is upon us, and we can’t wait to share the film with you all again this year!
