Good morning everyone! I wanted to send a quick update to let you all know how things are going at Babyvend LLC. We have been extremely busy:updating our telephone system to feature a multi-line and department phone tree with prerecorded messages and after hours on call supportmoving our website to an interactive log in system that way owners have access to all the materials they need in a more structured drive to include files, videos, training courses, owner blog to share updates and information, and other helpful resources.Expanding and restructuring our team to include a COO to ensure we provide even better support and service for machine owners and locations.Redoing our planograms, prices, and product offerings on machines and creating an online order system for owners who need products.Assisting with machine move ins in 3 new states (we are excited to unveil where soon) and handling new and changing locations.Closing out our fall team retreat and implementing all ideas that came from that event. Supporting ribbon cuttings from coast to coastGearing up for the holiday season which proves to be one of the busiest times of the year for all of us.Thinking in advance about closing our year end books and be ready for tax season in advance. We are also gearing up for closing our first raise on Wefunder.Prioritizing a record number of leads (some of which will be processed in January 2023 to allow time for us to plan the logistics and support needs for all parties.)Thinking of fun ways to celebrate the team this year so they know how important they are to Babyvend.There is so much more to report and add to this list in the next week but for now I wanted to stop by and say THANK YOU again and let you know we are hard at work and look forward to sharing all the details with each of you.
