We believe that taking action is the only way to shape the world we desire, and with your help, we are making it happen.In the past month, we have secured a contract for a second development in Minneapolis, MN, and are in active discussions for a third project in Moorhead, MN. We are thrilled to collaborate with like-minded landowners who share our values of community, sustainability, and future residents' well-being.With these new projects, combined with our potential first project in Jamestown, we will be just under halfway to the project count we need in order to meet our offering goals of creating a great return on your investment. This puts us ahead of our projected timeline and is incredibly positive news for our investors.Our current funding round is set to close on May 31st, and we encourage those who have been following our progress to consider supporting our work now.
