Some exciting news today - we closed on the commercial building for The Railroader, a hotel conversion in Clifton Forge, Virginia.We also closed on a small 20 space carpark right across the road from the hotel.HotelierCo Retail LLC owns 25% of the project with the remainder funded by a few of our accredited investors. This project has not used any debt.The first conceptual design has been completed by the amazing team at Blacksheep. We visited the project with their team and was blown away by the support from the Clifton Forge community while we were there.Below is the start of the journey to developing out this amazing hotel (note: this is an abbreviated version with the current direction we are taking).
