We hope to transact a share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, JV, or other similar business combination that will allow us to provide our proprietary concrete mixing and precasting services. The precast plant we have identified has been in business in Florida since 2005 and has more than 30 years of industry experience.  StaySafe has been a pioneer in the design and development of prestressed concrete components since 2019.We intend to strongly focus on working with businesses that have strong environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) profiles.
