To the SliceSpace Community:As the month of September draws to a close, we are happy to update you on the current state of our company and some of our recent successes. We have made great strides over the past few weeks and are excited to share some of our achievements with you:-As we continue to grow and expand our team we are excited to announce the addition of Victoria Partington! Victoria comes to us from the University of Delaware with extensive knowledge and experience from her time working in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Victoria will be an asset to our team and we are thrilled to have her on board - she will be responsible for assuring that the company stays in compliance with both regulatory and statutory requirements while also executing all of the decisions, resolutions and changes put forth by the corporation’s Investors and Board of Directors.-Filing of form C for Crowdfunding, your share will now be converted into shares of SliceSpace based on the valuation of the company at the time of the crowdfunding. This means that you will be issued with new shares in SliceSpace Inc which will represent your ownership stake in the company. The process is now underway and we anticipate it will be completed by early next week. -First properties are officially undergoing audits, as soon as these are completed we will be reporting metrics to the community to prepare for the listing. As per SEC regulation around Reg A offerings, each property that gets added to the platform will be audited upon listing as well as on a yearly basis. We believe that this will give our investors the utmost comfort in knowing that their assets are well managed and cared for.-We are currently working on developing the final elements of our application and will be releasing a few new screenshots over this week. We are on track to release the working marketplace in the coming months and will provide regular updates as we get closer to launch.-StrtupBoost Event in NYC on 9/21: We are excited to announce our collaboration with StrtupBoost with our first event in NYC on 9/21. This was a great opportunity for us to meet with potential investors, mentors and partners. We are grateful for the support of our community and look forward to continuing to engage with you all as we move closer to our launch. As always, we want to thank you for your continued support and patience as we work hard to bring SliceSpace to market. We are making great progress and remain committed to delivering a top-quality marketplace that meets the needs of our users.
