I can now talk about the thing that I couldn't talk about before because I was waiting to sign contracts.This is all super exciting. You ready?... Two big, big deals just happened for us at Sash. 1) Harmon BrothersOn September 1, we are kicking off a new partnership with Harmon Brothers, the geniuses behind the marketing for brands like Squatty Potty, Lumé, Purple Mattresses, Poo-Pouri and many more "Unicorns" (companies that are valued at $1B and up). Each of these companies started out where we are now (some of them a little behind where we are now) and were able to leverage their newfound household-status popularity into mega acquisitions, mergers, and IPOs.As mentioned we start with them on September 1. We will be producing a handful of videos that will release on November 1, followed by what they call a "Hero Lite Campaign" which will be a longer production to be released in the spring. This is all great news and we know it's going to get us millions more eyeballs on the Sash brand. But if we don't have bags to sell, it doesn't matter. That's where our second contract comes in.2) ManufacturedWe are now doing all of our production management and financing through Manufactured. They are venture-backed company with 45 years of production experience. They have resources upon resources to vastly expand our production 400% over what we have produced in previous years. We are submitting our first PO with them this week to get 15,000 bags between November and January (just in time for our new marketing videos to drop). To get ready for both the new marketing and the new increase of production, we are majorly upping our digital game. We will be redesigning our website, adding new features like a "wishlist" for when things go out of stock (instead of "sold out"). We're creating new flows for marketing emails so customers are held every step of the journey from pondering to purchasing to re-purchasing. It's a paradigm shift, y'all. And I'm ready for it.
