Hello HeartFoods Investors!Thank you again for your many kind words, support, and confidence in the mission of HeartFoods Community Farms.  It makes such a difference to read your words reminding us of the impact that HeartFoods can bring to communities around the world.  Every day the news media provides us with more incentive to help fix food chain issues and bring food production, food security, and food waste upcycling to local communities with the HeartFoods’ unique technology and service.Our progress update: Expert Staff:  Our Biotechnical Operations Manager, Jesse K, has been diving deep into our proprietary biotechnology process. Our Biological Engineer, Clare, is contributing her expertise in agricultural engineering to the HeartFoods biotechnical systems. Our Environmental Engineer, Matt, has been a key contributor in the configuration of concepts and engineering analysis since the beginning days of HeartFoods.Pilot Study – Second Location: In addition to our onsite hydroponic grow room, Jesse K has built and equipped an additional remote grow room to further test our technical processes and remote sensing operations.Regenerative Farming: We are becoming aware of a growing recognition for the restoration of depleted soils after years of commercial fertilizer use, and a need for a cost-effective alternative in light of recently increasing fertilizer costs. In addition to hydroponic plant growing methods, our HeartFoods team has been seeing great results with organic live-culture liquid fertilizer with testing in soil-based applications. This can be a critical and cost-effective solution for soil-based regenerative farming, to increase plant growth and nutritional food value. 2020 ENGINEERING: Our core sustainable engineering consulting business has several new community master planning and land development projects whose owners/managers are adding HeartFoods farms to their project plans.Public-Private Partnership: We are working on the Economic Development Investment (EDI) application submittal process with the local public college, which would lead to our first full-scale farm build.Branding/Marketing: The HeartFoods’ professional branding process captures our core mission, vision, and values.  The effort is moving forward, and we can’t wait to share our results with you.Suppliers & Vendors: We are completing the contractual relationships with our key equipment suppliers for: Food Waste DigestersBiological Additives Vertical Hydroponic Grow SystemsHigh-Tech GreenhousesAquaculture OperationsThanks again, and feel free to send us your thoughts and questions!
