Invincible has been putting your dollars to work and as Investors, you are the first to learn that we have closed on the acquisition of the YTA Broadcast Television Network. YTA is a traditional broadcast television network the can be found over the air and through certain cable providers. Today, YTA reaches approximately 40 million homes in the United States through 300 broadcast affiliates. Chances are some of you live in markets where you can watch. We are very excited to have brought YTA into the Invincible family and our team is working hard to develop a better viewing experience, bringing better content and a new look to the network. We are working with our Partner Thom Beers who created some of televisions biggest shows to not only look at creating new series for the network, but also bringing back some of his popular hits.
