In the last several months, the list of accomplishments just continues to grow. Accomplishments!!Philosopher Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin awarded double gold and BEST GIN for 2022 (from John Barleycorn awards)  - builds upon the gold medal at San Francisco received in the springDiscovery Bourbon Awarded Double Gold by John Barleycorn - first competition bourbon entered in!Habanero Vodka released at 1 year anniversary on June 25th - bloody marys instantly one of our best sellersSan Francisco World Spirits Competition Gold Medals for both our gin productsFinancials:Revenue Target for Q2 2022 hitExpenses in Q2 greater than expected due to rising costs of raw materials and staffing1H 2022 sales show an increase of 43% from 2H 2021.  What’s Happening at Aristotle:SINGLE MALT WHISKEY RELEASING JULY 23rd!!   This is the main purpose of this round and we wanted to get a batch together and released as soon as possible to start to tease what we want to bring to everyone if we are able to raise the appropriate capital for the stacks of barrels and mountains of grain.  I happen to love this batch, it has a subtle sweetness a nice grainy nose and a hint o fchocolate on the finish.  And isn’t that bottle gorgeous??
