Hello everyone,May 3rd was designated as International MarTech Day by Scott Brinker, widely recognized as the Godfather of MarTech. And yesterday, he unveiled his annual map of the MarTech landscape, this time with the help of Frans Riemersma of the MartechTribe. At 9,932 products it is a daunting view of the MarTech industry. Unlike previous iterations, however, this new version is interactive.Now here's the exciting part, we've been working closely with Scott and Frans over the last several months contributing to the effort of building the landscape, and yesterday we were recognized as one of the main contributors to the effort. But wait, there's more..... our goal in supporting this effort was to help transform the landscape into a treasure map that can be used to discover and report on new products. The online version of the landscape provides a logo hover-over that provides a link to a CabinetM product profile.In tandem with the landscape release, CabinetM has released new functionality to support product discovery, evaluation, and selection. This new functionality provides our users (including users with free accounts) with the ability to save product profiles, add notes to those profiles which can be exported and shared, compare, save and share comparison information, and create custom comparison and evaluation reports.
