Clients asked for it, and WebToq delivered. Earlier this month WebToq released the latest version of its Live-Agent platform to the public, and the response has been phenomenal. WebToq has received repeated requests to integrate various channels into its platform so that clients can: (i) use its conversational and interactive capabilities to sell into other digital channels such as social media and SMS; and (ii) unify messaging across all the different channels into one stack and platform to make managing those communications convenient and easy.In this latest release 14.5 WebToq has added Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp to its messaging stack, with plans to add SMS, email, LinkedIn, call logging and others next to create an Omnichannel solution for inbound communications."We used to have to manage four different portals for our employees to have to log into to communicate with our customers. They would log into Facebook, Whatsapp, their Call Center app, and their Chat app, and then balance all four as they communicated with customers," explained Silvia Vega of TelcoSeek. The vision with WebToq is that eventually it'll be one login and done, although for now Silvia will have to manage only two portals rather than four. "It's a big time and money saver for us, not to mention that we can actually close deals now."As of release, WebToq has been receiving demo requests from Auto, Real Estate, and eLearning companies in Mexico, closing half-a-dozen pilots with more to come. "Omnichannel was the missing puzzle piece for us," explains Alejandro Melendez, Sales Director for WebToq. "Most high-touch companies were focusing their lead generation activities on social media rather than their websites, so offering a sales platform for websites wasn't that interesting. But the functionality in this latest release is exciting to them; it's a real value-add to be able to sell everywhere."Are you WebToq'ing yet?
