Hello Everyone,Today is the last day to invest in CabinetM before our campaign closes. It’s been an exciting journey and we’re grateful for all the support. Along the way we’ve been asked several times why we chose crowdfunding as the vehicle for our current capital raise, especially since Anita and I have both raised capital from angels, angel groups, and venture capitalists and been angel investors ourselves.As you may know, women receive only a tiny percentage of the available venture capital.  In 2020 it was just 2.3%. As women, we have to knock on an exponentially higher number of doors to raise funds. Given that CabinetM is such as small team - just Anita and me full time - we decided crowdfunding would allow us to raise capital and fully focus on the business, without one of us working full time knocking on those doors. We also determined that Wefunder would provide access to an international community looking to fund committed entrepreneurs building scaling businesses, regardless of gender.This decision served us well. Since our campaign went live, we’ve added 140 investors to the CabinetM family, and have been able to move the business forward by:Developing our pipeline, securing renewals and closing new customersSigning two new distribution partnerships, including one with KPMG; we expect to sign another shortly in APACContinuing to enhance our platform and deliver more value to our usersThe funds we raised will allow us to continue building our sales team, and we couldn't have done this without you and your support! Thank you again!!!
