We're introducing Rake's Outbound Omnichannel Messaging Campaigns this week.Rake now offers Outbound Campaigns as part of its Omnichannel capabilities. With Outbound Campaigns, users enjoy a simple and familiar user interface in their Rake workspace. This allows them to find and/or import contacts, tag them to a list, and craft rich messaging campaigns. All in a matter of minutes.Sending Campaign messages also allows the creator to specify a hierarchy of omnichannel platforms over which they should be sent. Ultimately, the creator decides, but messages can be delivered to the platform that is most relevant for EACH contact. For example, if a contact had a recent conversation on Facebook Messenger, the message will appear there. If there are no recent conversations, they may be sent through WhatsApp or SMS. This logic allows large campaigns to reduce marketing expenditures and the client or prospect to retain messaging context.Also, in Rake, 2-way messaging is always supported, so when users reply to a Campaign message, the reply may be routed back to the workspace in any number of custom ways - perhaps it is routed to a specific user, or perhaps to a group of users in a specified channel (e.g. a sales or support team).
