Black Momma Tea & Cafe Grand Opening Message on what we can do in our community,  impact investing thru small crowdfunding for this location and others! 8 Years this was vacant, there were shootings in the past . We have to change the narrative in these communities and make them beautiful and safe! 96% Black equity Investors and 4% others of diverse background ! Let’s build more and take this small cap growth company to the next level like s Starbucks or an  Amazon thru long term investing and exponential growth . It took a lot to design and construct this vacant space , municipality had me jumping thru hoops every time I completed a task. It was a good thing I'm a retired Civil/ Structural Engineer and had rebuilt Larger projects for NYS government right after 911, so when there was an obstacle, I moved around it and left that obstacle right there! (Most wouldn't know what to do or how to handle those obstacles) They under estimated me....which I love cause I can get it done silently! …..and they will never see me coming!
