Howdy Investors,We wanted to provide everyone an end of year update. Following are updates on Business Development and Expansion, Partnerships, App Development, and a general update from the founders.Business Development/Expansion/PartnershipsOver the last 6 months, StadiumDrop has recently signed a deal with the University of Oklahoma and is in the process of finalizing deals with teams in the ACC, SEC, Big12, NFL, NHL, NBA and MiLB, including a large group that serves approximately 28 venues. In 2022, StadiumDrop’s forecast expansion is expected to be nearing the 25 venue mark. In 2020, we operated in 2 venues/teams. In 2021, we operated in 9 venues/teams. StadiumDrop’s partnerships have grown to include 5 of the 6 major concession providers. Going into 2021, we had just 1 of the 6 providers we were working with. Also, we are currently partnered with 10 major universities or professional sports teams. App DevelopmentOver the past 6 months, we have rolled out an order printing capability that has increased the number of orders our staff and runners can process and deliver. This functionality has increased order accuracy leading to a better customer experience. We have implemented several new features inside our backend platform that makes managing game days smoother. Some of these features include enhanced features with reporting, venue admin portal access for our partners to track real time, and venue specific revenue and itemized sales. We have also begun the build out of an API integration. Founders NotesAs founders, we are grateful for the support and financial investments that each of you have provided.
