Many organizations record calls – but they often don’t have a comprehensive system to capture the critical nuanced data within those conversations. They aren’t making the most of their call data, missing out on crucial client insights.That’s why we’re excited about our new conversation import feature, which allows users to import standard-format conversations into the Traq.ai platform for further analysis.After the import, Traq.ai transcribes the conversation, then parses it to identify each participant in the dialogue. The next step is to perform a complete analysis with Da Vinci AI – just like with any call that was originally recorded with Traq.ai.This includes the Sentiment Score, which gauges whether the buyer is leaning into the sale; the Traq Score, which objectively evaluates the quality of the call; and a concise call report highlighting the most important parts of the conversation, plus recommendations and next steps.After learning of our clients’ countless call recordings languishing in data storage, we knew something had to be done.  We’re confident that the new conversation import feature will be instrumental in helping our clients make the most of their existing call data and understand their buyers.
