Quick Video Update on this week! Andrew Josh and Henry joined Matt in Denver to keep the project rolling! We were able to get our liquor petition signed by a hand full of neighbors in preparation of our hearing on 1/11/22. Josh and Andrew put some serious work into updating the draft system reconfiguring the glycol lines to ensure a better pour. We have had troubles finding interested contractors to do some of the plumbing and electrical work that needs to be done, but feel we finally have met with some that are willing and able to do the work. On the Waterford front we have received our land survey back and can officially lock in the outdoor patio plans.  With the plans in hand we can present to the Village board for final approval of what we want to build! Andrew and Josh re-plumbing 27 serving tanks and glycol system.  Josh, Andrew, Juan, Matt and  Henry Grabbing some tacos after a days work!
