Wow does time fly! Our minimum viable product (MVP) has now been in the market for about a year.From the start we said our biggest objective for our MVP was to learn. In meeting this objective we have been highly successful.&nbsp;We have collected real in-market data&nbsp;from 45 paid clients on the types of disputes that arise in a divorce, and how they are resolved. We are the first company ever to have this kind of detailed market data, and&nbsp;have already used it to design situation-specific dispute resolution tools. This data will be an economic mote that keeps us ahead if competitors enter the market.The other area we have learned a great deal is our platform user experience. Based on customer feedback we have continually improved the platform. Enhancements have&nbsp;included two additional platform modules, a redesigned user dashboard, dispute avoidance features and too many small changes to count. We are currently working on a child&nbsp;custody module, which should be deployed soon.While customer acquisition has not reached the numbers we originally targeted, we have achieved a healthy pipeline of 100+ leads per month. Marketing and sales&nbsp;changes since our August update have more than tripled average monthly sales and increased our total paid client base by 50%. We have also learned a great deal about the&nbsp;customer journey and how decisions are made. This gives us the&nbsp;confidence that with the right resources we will achieve our goals.&nbsp;Perhaps the most important finding from our MVP pilot has been&nbsp;strong product-market fit. Customers have expressed pain with the current process of divorce and are highly&nbsp;satisfied with the solution offered by BlissDivorce.Based on our experience with our MVP we are embarking on a seed round of fundraising. This is needed to not only complete our platform and deploy Gen 1 of our relational&nbsp;dispute resolution tools, but also to put the sales, customer support, product management and marketing resources in place to scale our business.
