Our users asked, and we listened. We're excited to announce two significant features that we recently rolled out: song speed & song search.From conducting multiple rounds of user testing, we have gathered numerous rich insights into user sentiment, behavior, and preferences that we've actively implemented into our product design and feature planning.A few common patterns emerged in sentiment around difficulty and navigability; we would hear comments like:"I played my first song and felt like I crushed it, but after I started my next, I quickly lost motivation. It was way harder than the first.""Navigating the different songs and genres was not the most intuitive experience; there was no easy way to return to songs I enjoyed, as I had to remember which genre it was in and scroll all the way to it."To address the former point, the "song speed" feature allows users to filter between All - Slow - Medium - Fast songs; that way, users are able to navigate the song library by relative level of difficulty & choose their challenges accordingly.Regarding the latter point, the "song search" feature allows users to search for specific tracks by song name or artist name; that way, users are able to revisit & replay the songs they love with ease.Thanks to the strong direction of our UX | Product board advisor, Ram, and our User Acquisition board advisor, Puran, we have made user testing a core business practice.
