Hi everyone,I hope you're embracing fall and the changing season. Here in the Pacific Northwest the trees are bursting with color and slowly transitioning to the colder, drier weather. On behalf of the Mindcurrent team, here are our highlights for September:Customer FeedbackOur customers have been notified the mobile app will be retired in Q4.While we were nervous about this change, they celebrated it as they agree with our decision to maximize engagement in their Teams and Slack channels.For even the most committed Mindcurrent users, it's simply unnatural to check in to a mobile app each day to share your state of mind.New ProgrammingAt the end of September we tested our newest program, Good Morning!, which some of you might have seen on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.While delivered live in the early morning for both East Coast and West Coast viewers, the program is accumulating views throughout the day.Heading into Q4 we're optimistic about its growth.In-Channel EngagementJuly was our lowest month for user engagement, which was somewhat expected as many of our users were out on summer vacation. Engagement in August was higher than July, and September was higher than August. The introduction of Good Morning! has also increased engagement for our daily Quick Tip performance insights. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions.Thanks so much!Sourabh KothariCo-Founder and CEO
