As you know we are taking two very different software products to market.&nbsp; The N-Scale Graph database and the E-governance system.&nbsp; We are talking to two potential clients either of which would force us to hire a larger team and would speed up the to market strategy.&nbsp; These are focused on the e-governance product using an SaaS model roughly 20 to 30k per month plus engineering costs for rev one focused on client feature deliverables.&nbsp; This version would be open source practically.&nbsp; Essentially we are building a scalable UI framework for a simplified mASI focused on e-governance features.&nbsp; But is modularized so that the key IP related to what corporate or government clients are getting is not public.&nbsp; The open source version would use GPT-3 using our patented (patent pending) process that optimized GPT-3 an order of magnitude.&nbsp; Along those lines.The PatentsThree main provisional patents have been filed.&nbsp; these will be turned into final patents over the coming year after the Wefunder closes.&nbsp; These include:&nbsp;Patent Pending #63/234891 (LZ.001PP)Mediated Artificial Super Intelligence System that uses internal subjective emotions to drive selection, goal setting, and other decision-making as a collective human and artificial intelligence based mind with internal subjective experiencePatent Pending #63/(TBD) (LZ.002PP)Graph Response Model Generation Process.&nbsp; (some explanation: this is process patent and is the method we use to get systems 'like' GPT-3 to produce orders of magnitude better or more coherent responses.Patent Pending #63/(TBD)(LZ.002PP)An N-scale Database System that is configured to scale out and up dynamically while maintaining high performance in theoretically Infinite amounts of Data.&nbsp;These are the three primary Provisionals but they will be split into a couple additional patents including:&nbsp;Subjective Emotional Evaluations by Process (based on the mASI patent above)Edges relationships of type Node between two nodes, a graph related patent (based on the graph db patent above)Abstract Theory of Consciousness Implementation (basically an ICOM Patent based on the mASI Patent above)Funding Next StepsDepend on how many of the potential clients that are in the sales pipeline that close over the next year we are planning a private equity raise with a number of Angels in the 1 to 2 million dollar range in a year.&nbsp; This will not dilute any shares but be based on additional shares that are currently already in the pool.&nbsp;&nbsp;
