Hi everyone,I hope you're enjoying summer while staying cool and healthy.On behalf of the Mindcurrent team, here are our highlights for July:Customer Feedback and RetentionExisting customers are happy and are excited about the recommendations, data, and insights we're providing for their teams via Slack and Microsoft Teams.Testing HR BuyersWe concluded our experiment pitching HR leaders across organizations of various sizes.While they liked our user experience, data, and insights, they felt no urgency to purchase another wellness solution for their organization.This confirms our hypothesis that Line of Business leaders - not HR - are our primary buyers.All our existing customers were sold through a Line of Business leader, and managers are the direct beneficiaries of the support we provide to their teams.Testing Wellness PartnersWe also experimented with pitches to other wellness providers, positioning ourselves as their data analysis and daily engagement platform for the employees they serve.We currently have a potential partner testing the daily user experience in one of our Slack channels to determine if we meet the needs of their Fortune 100 customers.If so, we'll design a pilot program to offer ongoing engagement (for recurring revenue) for their enterprise customers.Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions.Thanks so much!Sourabh KothariCo-Founder and CEO
