There has been a TON of progress with the 25 Bough Street development.&nbsp; &nbsp;34 interior designs have been completed by students at one of the nation's top Art schools, RISD.&nbsp; We've committed to rent some of our space to a great, strategic tenant who will also power alot of great programs and services.&nbsp; &nbsp;It's a WIN-WIN!&nbsp; &nbsp;Plus, we've gotten more positive news and traction. We'll tell you more when the ink is dry.&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally, Lanre Ajakaiye, founder and visionary of the 25 Bough Street Development was featured in the University of Rhode Island Alumni (his undergraduate institution) magazine going around the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;
