Dear MedCoShare investors,It's been a busy few months. Our first two locations are operational & profitable. Philadelphia (10 rooms) now has 14 active providers, with 68.7% occupancy. Marlton (21 rooms) has 20 providers, with 80.7% occupancy. We opened our third location, in King of Prussia in May. With 13 rooms, it now has 6 providers and is at 10.8% occupancy.It's still a highly favorable environment for tenants so we are actively seeking a fourth location, concentrating on Bucks County, Central NJ, and Northern NJ.We are pleased to inform you that we have been accepted into StartUp Health's Transformers program. This means we will get mentoring, marketing support, and more help in growing the business. We will be attending the HLTH conference in Las Vegas with SUH in October, to network with other healthcare industry innovators and investors.We are raising funds for further growth, now looking for larger investors so we can raise $2M, to open additional locations, hire more full-time staff, and develop support services for our clients.
