👋Hello all, here is your May Investor Update. This is the moment we've been waiting for. The new OrgVitals is deployed, money is coming in, customers are knocking on our door, and we've got a big summer ahead.RevenueToday alone I've onboarded 3 consultant groups into the new OrgVitals 2.0 system, and many more coming throughout the month. Some of the early adopters were granted a free platform fee, others are paying $200 a month once they deploy to their first client organization. We really make our revenue through the Data Fee. This is probably a good moment to explain our pricing structure, which is surely to evolve: Platform Fee: $200 a month for the entire consulting group to manage "workspaces" (where they manage the end client organizations and their culture data).Data Fee: an annual fee paid by the end client organization (through the consultant) for unlimited OrgVitals surveys and management of their culture data. This fee is set by the consultant with guidance from OrgVitals. As we learn on price points for the Data Fee based on industry, size, geography, etc. we'll start to dial in pricing tiers.Deployments for some early pilots on the 2.0 system range across all types of organizations and sizes. The largest potential deployment so far is a 6,500 employee organization (priced at $3 per employee annually, or $19.500 total). ProductWe successfully deployed the new system and are working as quickly as possible to update the system with some important features, like bulk uploading participant data with automatic employee segmentation (including demographic segmentation when HRIS exports include this data).InvestmentWe are in exciting, early conversations with an institution that understands our vision around connecting culture data to business and employee outcomes (including health and wellness) about research funding. Regardless of what that ends up looking like, we are opening (and closing) a quick (priced) angel round for OrgVitals Inc. (this is the valuation and conversion event I explained in our video call a few months back).Other TidbitsWe'll be emailing soon about a date in July when we hope to gather the Louisville-area supporters and friends for a Unitonomy / OrgVitals celebration. We achieved another #1 SEO ranking, this time for culture consultant, which is HUGE!Thanks for your support. Reach out with any questions!
