UPDATED (03/21/2021):Based on feedback, we'd like to clarify a couple of additional points:There is an original early bird discount of 8M cap which is still in effect. We are working on the proper updates to documents as there is no interface for this on WeFunder. Every investor will receive the discount they were promised when they invested. No exceptions.Regarding our new valuation cap of $50M: This does not mean that your investment will be priced at a $50M valuation, or that we are claiming a $50M valuation for the company today. A valuation cap is not a company valuation.What this means, is that WeFunder investors will have access to a deal that is in extremely high demand right now, at the same price as institutional investors who would need to compete for access to our Series A. If the company is valued at $25M at that time, that is the price you will get, not $50M.
