As more individuals and organizations are learning about the capabilities of VibeTech’s advanced vibration therapy technology, the company is getting more inquiries about product availability. In response, a sales team has been assembled and is moving forward in taking the latest therapeutic vibration device to market.“It’s a simple concept, really. They recognize the value of the VibeTech technology and what it will mean for customers’ quality of life.” VibeTech is developing an early-order opportunity for the new mobile VibeSit PRO™ device that is in the final stage of prototype and will proceed soon to on-site validation at Rocky Knoll Health Center in Plymouth. Rocky Knoll, using a grant from the Frank G. and Freida K. Brotz Family Foundation in 2019, contracted with VibeTech to advance the science of vibration therapy for their residents, in particular the population with memory care needs. Results of that effort showed a 45% reduction in falls in the participating residents. Following that effort, VibeTech began the development of an improved device that would be smaller, lighter, portable and simpler to use for clinical staff and family caregivers. The portable VibeTech product allows residents to have access to exercise therapy easily while in their rooms. The VibeTech science provides an individual the opportunity to effectively ‘exercise without effort,' or to expend as much effort as desired. The device’s Smart Dosing™ capability recognizes the amount of effort being expended by the user and adjusts the force of the applied vibrations automatically for a safe, enjoyable experience. Over 20,000 treatments to residents of nursing homes have been applied on earlier versions of the VibeTech device, with positive experiences to users.Another clinical study is in progress at Landmark Square in Sheboygan using rigid scientific testing protocols to prove effectiveness in building leg strength in moderately active users, which is the primary factor in improving balance and reducing the number of falls.
