VibeTech wishes to correct the posting of our total raised amount as of March 10, 2021. The Wefunder investor page total was recently reduced and currently shows $204,154 raised. The correct amount is $342,107 as shown in the screen shot below, from a website page that is available only to VibeTech management. The count of 44 investors did not change and is accurate. Wefunder is working on a change to their investor page to show the proper amount. A recent contact by one of VibeTech’s shareholders has confirmed our concern that this misstatement will send an incorrect public signal that some early investors have ‘backed out’. That is NOT the case. No Wefunder investors have backed out.Our campaign will remain open for additional investments until early April.
