Hi everyone, I hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy.  I am writing to let you know that Quadrant Biosciences’ offering will close on February 18. My colleagues and I are grateful for your continuing support, both financial and moral, during the past year. I am proud of our team’s hard work and resilience as we successfully navigated some very challenging and unprecedented waters during this pandemic. Our prospects, particularly in relation to increased sales of our award-winning Clarifi COVID-19 saliva test (which the FDA has identified as the most sensitive saliva test for COVID-19 currently on the market), are bright and we expect our testing capacity will increase significantly as we establish an additional testing lab at SUNY Buffalo in the coming weeks. I will continue to keep you apprised of our progress and please know that we, and our partners at SUNY Upstate, will continue to work to meet our primary goal of developing novel diagnostic tools to protect and improve the lives of people everywhere. We also remain committed to earning your trust and providing you with a solid return on your investment in our company.
