Dear LiteraSeed Supporters, Happy New Year!Exactly 5 years ago this week my 10-year-old cousin walked into an emergency room with a life-threatening condition. Because of miscommunication, she didn’t receive the care she needed in time. As we enter the new year, I remember again her story and am renewing my motivation to build something that will help save hundreds of lives. Here is a shortlist of the progress we’ve made since our Wefunder campaign started: Our Pilot We’ve launched our pilot with Valleywise Health’s refugee women and family medicine clinics. Since November, we’ve enrolled more than 20 patients into the pilot and have seen great improvements week by week to ensure the accuracy of symptom information that is being captured and shared with medical providers. ProductWe’re working on new features, including a visual symptom progression map, and a 3D anatomical model for easier symptom selection. TeamWelcoming Judy Wu onto the team! Thank you to our advisor Michael Carroll for the introduction. Judy has a strong interest in the software development of healthcare technology. Her passion is building a product from the perspectives of design, user experience, data workflow, application architecture, and server security.
